All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Permitted use. Access to GrooveBoard during the private beta is granted solely to named invited testers for the purpose of evaluating the product and providing feedback to Maple Groove Inc. No other license, express or implied, is granted.
Prohibited conduct. You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the code, graphics, or user interface; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application for any purpose; (c) create derivative works based on the visual design, node types, sharing semantics, or data model; (d) republish, sublicense, or commercialize any part of GrooveBoard; (e) remove or obscure any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notice; (f) use any scraper, bot, or automated means to download the hand-drawn graphics or other assets.
Feedback. Any suggestions, bug reports, or product ideas you share with Maple Groove Inc. become the property of Maple Groove Inc. without obligation or compensation to you.
Data & privacy. GrooveBoard stores the boards, nodes, and share relationships you create on a Supabase-hosted Postgres database protected by row-level security. Shared data is visible only to explicitly invited collaborators. Maple Groove Inc. will not sell or disclose your data to third parties.
No warranty. GrooveBoard is provided "as is" during the private beta without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
